Resources

Becky Swanson
Hey there!
Welcome to this new space for me on the Internet. In this post I want to make a list of a few things that I find myself recommending over and over again. I'll probably add things to this list as time goes on so you might want to check back here frequently.
As I write this, I am not receiving any affiliate kickbacks for any of these links. These are just things that I think are awesome, cool, helpful, or beautiful. I hope you think so too.

Journals and Planners

I love and recommend Passion Planner. I've been using it since the Kickstarter campaign in 2014. They have a free printable PDF if you want to try before you buy.
What I love about it:
1) It walks you through a solid process for setting and working toward goals.
2) It has space for both a monthly overview and a weekly schedule.
3) The daily schedule columns include room for work-day and personal time.
4) There is an undated option so turning over a new leaf can literally start any day you want it to.

Books

"How to Keep House While Drowning: A Gentle Approach to Cleaning and Organizing" by K.C. Davis, LPC
This is the first (and only, so far) self-help home-making clutter-busting book I've read that doesn't load you up with a bunch of "shoulds." Davis is intentional about this. Her audience is clearly neurodiverse and I am here for it. If you keep looking at books like "Swedish Death Cleaning," pick up this one instead
