Weekly Webinars

Pre-recorded webinars will present topic content and examples. Some guest speakers will be included. We ask you to watch these before the group coaching session. (They'll be less than an hour).

Weekly Group Coaching

Fridays at 3:00PM Central time via Zoom Starting May 5. We'll share our experience, ask questions, and focus on how these practices affect your spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. 

Individual Practice

Time to practice one or two of these new methods each week to determine which fit your life and needs best.

Resources

In addition to printable notes, and bibliography, we will have access to a private group chat area where you can share your experiences and questions between sessions. Students will also receive a small box of "learning resources" to be used with certain practices.
